How do I look up a guest order?
Use the order lookup page with the email from checkout and the order number on your receipt. If your order has shipped, the confirmation email will also include tracking.

How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days. Many orders are batched and shipped together.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard, and major Canadian and U.S. credit cards. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed.
Where do the proceeds go?
Proceeds will go to our chair replacement and renovation campaign.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for incorrect sizing or defective products. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Contact us with your order details to arrange a return.
