Orders, accounts, and payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed total, including tax and any delivery fee. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information so we can process and fulfill your order.

An account is optional; guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and your saved information up to date.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders are collected at New Era Grafix, 153 Towerline Pl., London, Ontario. Delivery is available anywhere in Ontario, with the delivery fee shown at checkout.

We use your order and contact details to arrange fulfillment and send order confirmations, pickup updates, or shipment notifications. For delivery orders, we provide the shipping company with the information needed to deliver your package.

Returns

We accept returns for incorrect sizing or defective products. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. Please contact us with your order details to arrange a return.

Personal information and service providers

We use personal information to process, fulfill, and support your order and, if you choose one, maintain your customer account. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. Necessary processing involves our payment, email, data storage, monitoring, and shipping providers.

Our privacy policy explains these providers, security safeguards, storage outside Canada, retention, and how to ask about your information. Stripe's handling of payment information is also described in its privacy policy.
